Office Policies


Office Business Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Mountain Standard time. To learn what this is in your time zone, please see separate document in the Forms page called “Office-hours and call-in support for US time zones”. All phone calls that are not immediately answered can normally be returned by the end of the next business day.


Appointments

Monday to Thursday between 10:30 am and 5:00pm Mountain Standard time. Other appointment times can also be arranged.


Payment

Fees are due at the time of your appointment. Credit card, debit, check or PayPal are accepted and our office sends a receipt via E-mail. If paying by credit card, debit or PayPal, a separate receipt is generated immediately.

Insurance does not pay directly for our services, but some health insurance plans will reimburse you for the costs of homeopathic care, and it is also covered by HSAs, FSAs and HRAs. Invoice statements from our office contain codes that can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. Please see the document on the Forms page called “Insurance Reimbursement”.

If fees are changed, advance notice to existing clients will be provided. Refunds are not available.
